This is my idea of a wonderful recipe: About 3 cups leftover cheddar cheese flavored popcorn (from the dollar store). Mix with about 1/4 cup knock off brand "apple jacks". This was so yummy & reminded me of a popcorn ball. This made a great low calorie breakfast for me while the boys had their standard huge bowl of blueberry oatmeal. Love & prayers, in Jesus, Cynthia
